Day 2 of training
I too ran along the water today. It was warm but the breeze always makes it more bearable. It was about 75ยบ and I started running about 8:45. I did another 2:1 walk: run for 30 minutes, which was a bit harder than the last but still totally doable. My feet were cramping a bit, but I thought to myself, "come on it's only one minute - you can stick it out." And I did.

I've been getting a cramp in my arch too. But just on one foot. When I stop running it doesn't hurt though so maybe it will just get better the more we run.
Stacey told me I would get a cramp from new shoes, so maybe it's because I haven't run for a while so it's like the shoes are new. :)
