30 minutes 2:1 run:walk
15 minutes ab curcuit
20 minutes yoga
I was supposed to do 1:2 again today but I was at 1.5 once I realized it was time to walk so I just decided to switch it up then and there. 2:1 kicked my butt around 20 minutes in but I stuck it out and tried to "sprint" my last minute which consisted of me running up an incline as fast as I could. I posted the other stuff I did too because I think it will all contribute to the quality of my training.

That's a good idea. We should post other stuff that we do because it will only make us stronger which can only help the running.
