Run 30 minutes!!!!!!!!

Ahead of schedule and everything. Next week I up the days, then I'll start upping the minutes or should I up the minutes first and then the days?

I did it!

Great job Megan and so quickly after you were sick!!! Let me look at my training schedule and let you know if you up time or more days. I would think more time because i only run 3 days a week but you're supposed to cross train on some of the other days and then there is usually two days rest.
