1 hr 15 min Yoga Tuesday night
25 minutes stepping machine at the Y

I had done yoga in two weeks and i could tell. It is something you need to do 2 days a week to really feel the progress. I didn't feel as flexible as before.

The stepper was not that hard but i was able to read my book which i was really happy about. I will have to try the stair climber (similar but it's like you're actually climbing stairs. looks more difficult) next time.

I always found it so hard to exercise and read at the same time. All that bouncing was too distracting for me. Glad you're able to get some good cross training in there. Sorry to hear you got picked.
