30 minutes 4:1 run:walk in muggy 80ยบ weather.
Talk about hot. Ugh. And it's not even summer yet, Yikes! I had to run during the day because I'm going to a movie tonight. I know I'd be dying if I didn't have something to focus on so I took the shuffle and it made it totally bearable. Ahhhh. Done.

Yep, I'm not looking forward to my run this afternoon. It's also pretty warm here but at least it's not muggy. That's the worst!
