31 minutes 8:1 Run:walk + 3 minutes running

Hard hard hard. Ugh. I am tired now and am wondering what I'm going to do once I need to run a couple of days in a row. I need the day of rest in between each day of running to feel normal again.

I know what you mean. I want to run more but the day after i run i don't quite feel up to it so i don't run. My body feels a little sore etc.

maybe after we get up our distance it won't seem like so much work? I hope so. I'd like to run at least a half hour everyday eventually..or at least 5 days a week.
